GetHuman-391976: Employee could not get my name and email address correct. Was calling about $*** of FIVE recent and fraudulent purchases which had posted on my online bank statement. Employee said they could find no records of any of the purchases. I sent them screen snapshots of the statement... they seemed to be in no rush to try and stop shipment. Next step will be the BBB.
