~Jesse Weiss: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 11th.

~Jesse Weiss: I ordered a package that was guaranteed to arrive to me on December **th but it never made it. I called nomorerack and they said that oh I'm very sorry to hear that...Call us on December **th so we can see what we can do for you. I called them the next day, (Dec **th) and they said let me track the package for you...The package was stuck in New York for who knows how long. I called a manager at USPS ant they said that nomorerack illegally paid for only one package and duplicated the tracking numbers on the other two, they caught the problem and that's why they stopped the shipment altogether. I've called nomorerack back and they said that oh we're sorry mam, you will have to reorder the items in order for you to get them. I demanded to speak to one of those higher ups and was told that pretty much I would have been told the same thing. I will never recommend nomorerack to no one, even my worst enemy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Choxi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Choxi problem?
~Jesse Weiss: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jesse Weiss: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jesse Weiss: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~Jesse Weiss: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
