GetHuman-446179: This is the third time I requested the form to transfer my lic. plate back to my ownership. No form recieved from the first two requests. This time they wanted to fax the form to me, I explained I don't have a fax, could they email it. No email they cannot do but they will fax but I don't have one!!! Still at least five more times they offered to fax the form. After being on the phone for ** minutes I hope the form will be snail mailed to me. Totally frustrated.
