~ricster9: Already had internet with them, received offer from them for double play bundle for $**.** (X* box extra *.** mo)with over *** channels ** Mbps and HBO and Streampix for *yr. I called and they said they cant offer it, I had to do it online. Tried online they said I had to call. After over * hrs of my time they agreed, but only HBO for *mo. I gave in had appt shceduled for a Sun and they never showed up. After reschedule had installed and only had ** channels under economy package! I immediately cancelled the service. It was so unorganized, everybody passes the buck and transfers you to a different department.

~ricster9: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ricster9: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ricster9: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~ricster9: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
