~Don'tgetcomcast: Comcast is horrible. When they make a mistake, YOU pay for it. Literally, pay for it with your own money for what they messed up. They ***** the troops over knowing they're the only cable*internet provider military can have on some posts. Their customer service is so inconsistent with what they say, if you can even understand them through their thick accents. You will call and be told something about your bill, then call back the same day and be told something else by a different person. I will never recommend Comcast to ANYONE, even my worst enemy.

~Don'tgetcomcast: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Don'tgetcomcast: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Don'tgetcomcast: For that I would say one out of five.

~Don'tgetcomcast: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
