GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/19/17?
GetHuman-nickie0: I have been fighting with Comcast for the last * weeks! I had called to transfer services from one apartment to another and got offered a package with *** channels security system and internet for *** dollars. they canceled my installation than gave me a wrong quote they cut my channels and I have been on the phone * hours today fighting with these people to cancel whatever package they offered me and to transfer my services. Now they tell me they're phone is not compatible to transfer services. This is off the wall ridiculous and when I asked for cooperate number they hung up the phone on me not once not twice but * times. I asked to speak to a supervisor and not one person has transferred me to one after being transferred to ** different departments. unacceptable and really cant believe the bad customer service you guys have.

GetHuman-nickie0: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-nickie0: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-nickie0: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
GetHuman-nickie0: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
