~cindyb5750: I have tried to call comcast and I will usually get "you called for new servivce" and then I am disconnected. I have called the infinity number and the comcast number. Eventually I get through. I have been a good customer and had a service call that I did not realize was **.**. No one that I talked to said anything about a service charge. I was told that it was probably something with the line and someone will be over. When I received the **.** charge, I was shocked. I am a retired person with a fixed income so I called to ask if I could pay have the fee this month and the rest next month. I will get a **.** late fee. I want to pay my bill but why should I get a late fee. Please help me.
