~AMoney: Just paid off our bill last week and tonight we are having problems with our Wi-Fi for the *th or *th time now only instead of it being the Wi-Fi it was the cable that kept going out. I'm so sick of this provider! What a joke! The service center that's closest to me where you can pay your bill and what not have quite a few young people working there who don't know squat about why the service gets interrupted but they are trained in how to take your money for what your subscribed for, what the f

~AMoney: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AMoney: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AMoney: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~AMoney: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
