GetHuman-199690: Several hours on phone and also in private chats and problems sti not fixed. I am not exagerating when I say my husband painted our entire kitchen and dining area for just one of the actual calls. Crazy. All this because I called to cancel and they had a better deal to keep me as a customer since I have paid since **** at just this one address. Feeling a melt down coming on as I wIt agin for a chat perso. Because I can't stand to hear the rep on phone say one more min ms--------*. Ughhhh just fix it!!! Are the folks who program for comcast that incompetent that no one can fix the problems ??
