GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jarmstrong: Was told that system was in process of an overhaul update and I should just check back I a couple days. In other words, not my job, go away and come back later when someone else can tell you the same thing. We really don't do anything here except collect our paycheck that you pay when you pay what we tell you to pay. I have not had even one pleasant communication experience with any Comcast representative. Either it's not their job or they just refuse to cooperate. I am an English speaking U.S. Citizen and am doing business in the U.S. and I believe I should be able to communicate with an English speaking human being here in the U.S. to do business with live on the phone. Two days ago I had a $** credit on my account, today I am in arrears for over $***, how is that even possible? And can not speak with anyone that can do anything about it. If this is common for private business to act as if we are the inconvenience then maybe it's time for a government controlled TV*Internet*Phone ser

~jarmstrong: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jarmstrong: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jarmstrong: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~jarmstrong: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
