~another angry customer: first for the last month i must of talked to *** people, after waiting hours on phone and being transferred and having to explain everything ten times then being disconncted. its ongoing. for a bill no one can explain to me. got rid of cable and unfortunately kept internet and phone services. i have had comcast for over *o years and never had such issues with inconsistency and incompetent people.
