GetHuman-368852: yest I had problems and called x*--*st they sent a signal that did not work, the *nd time the "tech" was clueless and said an appt was need for home visit of tech--appt was scheduled for today at between *-**am---we called at **:**am to make sure and they said that they would be here at **am---never showed up***We called at **pm and they said that tech called (really!!!!we never received a call!!) and a new appt needed to be schedule---so I call this eve again...and again was told of need for home visit and the earliest that they can be here is Wed *pm...i drives me crazy that we and most people pay hundreds of dollar every month to comcast and still we are powerless, can find help when in need and it looks like things will get worse..
