~igihiu: Fine until you have a problem. I had another company take unauthorized money out of my account causing an overdraft. When I called the Boulder branch to let them know they told me there was nothing they could do about the overdraft charges because I was signed up for auto withdraws from the company. After a too long conversation I was finally told that I would have to call the **** number and file an official complaint which is when things got even worse.*It would take pages to explain the utter incompetence of this company so here are just a few examples from my * week long ordeal with them.**. had to go to a branch to personally fill out forms that were never sent although the manager told me to my face that they were sent**. had to call to find this out and was told it was my fault - went in to the branch to fill them out again - branch agent took me through the process for the second time**. had to call the **** number to be told that I didn't fill out the proper forms**. had
