~Marc: Weekend Call: I called their credit card center to report a lost card. Their "automated" system asks for my card number, which I don't have, that's why I am reporting it in the first place! There is no other option so I am forced to try to reach a human but the message tells me that no one is available to call from Monday to Friday. No weekend service for a credit card company?? Ridiculous!
