~Pete : Hello, I like to start by saying I have had three accounts with Conns. I have paid one account and have two remaining. I have a sofa that needs to be repaired and has been going on * months now. I've. Called a dozen or more times to schedule a time to have. A tech come out and repair. Got a the run around from different conn employees. Called the warranty company who takes care of furniture. Got the same run around. Still till this day brand new furniture paid off account remains unfinished. I still have trashed furniture sitting in my living room. What else can I do. Im not the type that likes to raise a stink. But im fed up and very disappointed. With this problem remained unsolved it gives me no choice but to report to BBB. Friends , Family and all social media. How Conn's treats their customer's and do business. Note : I didnt get into detail. This is a format of Long story short.
