~adriane: Worst customer service. They play head games and refuse to take care of the problem. worst monitering of employees.They never adjust the problem. employees. They argue and lie. No about the previous employee charachter for this company is horrible. I had them call me * times in a day after thet said I would have an exatension of two payments put at the end of my note now they say I do not qualify for a refinance. They took my money for an exstension not a refinance. I never gave them permission to refinance. It is against the law to check someones credit unless you clearly aask. Never was informed of them doing this. One guy kept argueing and belittling me. Another just sat the phone down. They keep saying they are going to adjust they keep calling harrassing me and reliving the problem. Dog chasing its tail never a resolution. Just escallation of being upset.

~adriane: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~adriane: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~adriane: For that I would say five out of five.
