GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-rthomps: I have received the WORST customer service!! The "rep" who handled the call introduced herself as Ebony. She was exceptionally rude and condescending in her attitude. Then to add salt to the wound...she left me on forever hold! I am already frustrated with the fact that I have been without a refrigerator since *******. The only reason I called customer service was to find out what time my refrigerator will be delivered. Retraining is needed in your customer service department.
