GetHuman-194719: I have been trying to get a meter upgrade so I can get a backup generator since July ** The engineer needs a confirmation that I have paid for the upgrade . I can't get an invoice from billing so I can pay. Engineering supervisor called billing. Still no invoice. Does the billing department have any idea of what customer service means?
