~dismayed: On *-**-** I was in your Costco Roseburg, Oregon store at *:** PM. My husband and I have a small child who was crying, as all toddlers do from time-to-time. We checked out our stuff and were exiting the checkout area when your employee, Shannon, made a snide remark to a nearby coworker "I wish these people would leave their little brats at home." Our child doesn't cry any differently than any child her age when she gets tired and a little cranky and we felt this disgusting attitude toward us as customers was absolutely uncalled for. We will avoid Shannon in the (sparingly few) times we go back to this store and will not renew our membership.

~dismayed: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dismayed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Costco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dismayed: For that I would say two out of five.
