~Gotz2breal: If your service is interrupted & you call Cox you are now with a *nd party vendor. My acct debited $***.** got conf code but * hrs later no svc. Mgrs don't take calls but will review audio & respond in **-** hrs. Cox, doesn't see payment, of course not it wasn't entered in system. Only entered in *nd party vendor POS terminal. So I'm required to prove to Cox I've paid by faxing a bank transmittal w*authorization code. Bank said they don't need to prove a thing. So I'll wait for my $ to come back on *** & Cox will have an * time getting $ as I've had proving the customer is right! DONE W*COX
