GetHuman-124105: I made * calls to your *-*** number today, the first girl was rude when I complained about such a long wait and she hung up on me, the second girl, Juedonna, was somewhat pleasant but unprofessional.*I wanted to ask why I have not recieved my title to my car as my loan was completely paid off in September. She tells me that my title was mailed on Sept **, I have not recieved it, and she tells me that I will have to go to the DMV to get a title*Well you didnt have to go any place to get your payments. I will have to report this to the BBU.
