~breathless: well once again an arrangment was made on my account and they have locked my car again and wala still no email to talk to them and the line is continuously busy. my car pays off in * months and no one will talk to me. i will never do business with them again either. i didnt even have a job when i bought the car after a weeks purchase and i managed to keep it this long and now i am laid off and in the hospital with only * payments left and they wont even talk to me now. very poor customer service.
