~golfpro2448: Call sent to India. I was calling to cancel service. Cant cancel online, and ****cricket keeps hanging up on with automated system. Have to hit a sequence of "right" propmts to get a live person. It was very difficult and I called back and tried * times before I finally got a live rep. You have to be VERY persistent to cancel. They try everything in the world to retain you as a customer...free month, cheaper rates, free modem upgrade, etc. You just have to keep telling them NO NO NO NO, until they finally let you cancel. Be prepared to yell at them a bit "Hey, RUMDUM, what part dont you understand? CANCEL!!" Unreal.
