~zany winter: Customer Service, Tech support and escalated issues are outsourced to India, Philippines, Ecuador & Canada.The service is HORRIBLE and there is NO SUPPORT, and escalated issues are NEVER RESOLVED. After * days of researching and calling numbers, I reached a voice mail from, Doug Huctherson,Director,President, CEO* I had the ability to leave a voice mail, that was over one week ago and NO RESPONSE!!! I have also had the same experience as others who have shared their dissatisfaction. The full service offices NEVER answer the phone AND have NEVER returned my voice mail request for a call back.
