~75newport: I have been on maintenance meds for years and I have never had a worse pharmacy than CuraScript - which my insurance company REQUIRES me to use. Every * months i'm to get refills* every * months they make me go through hoops to get my meds* this time when I was at the MD's office I had them fax the prescription while I was there. TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR CURASCRIPT! THEY SHOULD BE MAKING IT EASIER FOR ME! CuraScript then claimed they couldn't read the Doctors name. Meanwhile days have elapsed and my meds are running low. Then they call me and leave a number. When I call back,after a long voice response system, I finally get a person. They tell me they have no record of me in the system! I give them my script number and they finally find me in the system because they spelled my name wrong. Their workers can't spell or speak english. Other times their incompetence has had me completely out of medication* recent blood work indicates that this "medication lapse" has possibly led to

~75newport: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~75newport: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~75newport: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CuraScript customers?
~75newport: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CuraScript to know who you are.
