~mltrs30: i got a great person, but i am in toronto, canada, but u go and press for and say "representative" you get someone right away i didnt wait long, i had the problem on my end stupid internet kept cutting out but i did speak and got my problem solved, took awhile to find this number though but i wrote it down in case it happens again... dated **********
