~andie56: the wait time wasn't the problem its freaken impossible to get ahold of a human, and then when i finally did she was rude and obnoxious the problem MIGHT have been solved that is still to be seen but it was HORRIBLE i really will never order from the place i used again even if I love their product because of this shipping place...
