GetHuman-216174: I called Dish yesterday for questions about conflicting expectations of return items. Got frustrated and asked for a supervisor. ** minutes on hold so I hung up. Got through today in * minutes by pressing * at all prompts, got everything sorted out in a minute or so. Glad I didn't call back yesterday. Don't like the set-up of their DVR for * rooms. Can't watch & record at the same time or someone gets kicked off their channel. I switched back to Direct TV.

GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-216174: For that I would say four out of five.
