GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DISH customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: I called about billing and technical problems. The telephone connect to their customer service in the Phillipines is so bad that the folks on the other line either can't hear at all or every other word is dropped out. No technical support here in the USA. I'm looking for another provider all together. This is the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I am having lots of technical issue and no one to resolve the problems. I asked for paper billing back in Dec, still no bills and they wonder why they are late. Dish get a clue.
