~Commercial Account: Since June we have tried to get SOX required address change sent to our company for processing by our Sourcing department. Months later(this is Sept.), incorrect data is sent and service has been disconnected numerous times, hours of wasted employee time here and it looks like another two weeks to see if they can get it right so we can pay our bill that has grown over the months in spite of no service. Way to make a buck DISH!

~Commercial Account: For that I would say four out of five.
