~Jana: My Bill is never right, I have to call every month and the supervisor is rude and threatens you with the contract you signed so you can't cancel. They can treat you anyway they want and change your bill when ever they want. They took money out of my son's account for the bill without his permission. The Dish account is in my name not my son's and I am not on his Bank Account.

~Jana: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jana: For that I would say five out of five.
