~Stephanie Duggins: I spoke with josh**g who was very rude aND direspectful along with the rest of the staff that works there.I wanted to watch on demand using my WiFi which wasn't explained to me in the beginning that I would have to pay and additional one time fee of **.**,which was no problem.I just figured that it should've been explained. I asked if it would be better to get the hopper instead and I wouldn't have to pay the **.** and they said if I did that I would have to pay *** upfront and redo my whole contract.I asked Josh who was the manager why wasn't this explained in the beginning and he stated that they didn't have to explain it me.Josh then preceded to tell me that I was going to listen to what he had to say and that he was not going to argue with me or explain anything else to me, after I got his name he hung up.I asked him to speak to someone higher than him he said no and that he was the only manager. If I am going to spend my money I would like to know what it is for and it would have

~Stephanie Duggins: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Stephanie Duggins: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Stephanie Duggins: For that I would say three out of five.

~Stephanie Duggins: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
