GetHuman-392851: I was given false information when I requested the Hopper. The agent asked for a credit card and that I would not be charged anything. When the tech. came to the house he had me sign on his phone. When I received a e-mail It stated that I signed a * year contract and if I did not keep the service for * years I would be charged ***. dollars. When I called to complain they did not resolve my issue I was also told that I could not receive a IPAD because I was not a new customer, I was later told that I could get a Hopper if I got * people to sigh up for the dish network. I received conflicting information and you falsely advertise to the public. It is misleading.

GetHuman-392851: For that I would say three out of five.
