GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-plcrouch: I have been a fan of your peanut buster parfait at the Tullahoma, TN location, for a number of years. Over the past few weeks, they are using a sub-standard peanut that is hard and tasteless. Whether they are Company owned or a franchise, I don't know, but they are representing an internationally branded name, so I am hoping that someone in the home office can make a difference.
