GetHuman-22599: This phone number was answered very quickly by a woman named Janet. She listened patiently, clarified my concerns with me and told me they would be in touch with the owner of the DQ where I've had the same difficulties with a gift card three times in a row. Hopefully I'll hear from the store owner and the problem will be taken care of. Customer service at this number today seemed very good. I'll really know when I hear from the local store owner as to whether there was follow-through or not.
