~Anonymous: So I went through the East Palestine Dairy Queen's drive through today and had my worst experience there yet. First as the manager was taking my order she was yelling in a fake-nice and highly condescending tone. I pulled around to which no one came to take my money or anything for * minutes (I checked the time), then when giving me my change she dropped the coins on the ground. it was only two pennies so I thought "oh well no big deal". then, she gave us our ice cream before our food was even done. we sat for * more minutes, giving our ice cream plenty of time to melt, and when handing me my food she also dropped that on the ground. instead of being professional she laughed and since my door didn't open I had to hang out my window to grab it. some other employee walked up to which I could hear the manager laughing as she told the other employee what happened. she then shut the window and yelled "sorry have a nice day" all whilst still laughing. at this point I'm annoyed and hungry, bu
