~glolilly: I moved in August and called to give them my new address. I already had my visa attached to my service. I quickly received newspapers at my new house. All of a sudden newspapers stopped coming. I called and they said they started sending bills to the old address. Why they hadn't before? They said I owed $** and they to pay $*** to restart service. What? Their mistake and they penalizing the customer! Bad Subscription Service! Bad Customer Service!
