~mad in grand prairie: The story: ******-SUN, I am long time subscriber. Paper was wet (rained). Called around *:**am. L*M on auto voice and verified that a newspaper would be sent. **:**am , no paper, called-spoke less than * sec. with someone & they h*u or disconnected (after a ** min wait on hold). Called back ( again another LONG hold time), got another person. They were short & curt. Stating the paper would be here by **:**am. Noon-no paper. called back, after ** min hold I h*u & gave up.
