GetHuman-tomezd: Message to Dashlane *August **, *:** pm *Today, Sunday, I attempted to login on one of my iPad third *generation devices. Message an unknown error has occurred, please try later. The thing is I can login on my iPhone * Plus , another's ipad *rd generation and on my iPhone *, Hewlett Packard HP En-Super laptop. I have conducted a few trouble shooting excercises .**. Deleted and reinstalled app**. Reset network settings**. Cleared my cache**I have deleted the app, cleared the cache,again.. I downloaded the app for the third time. I cannot provide you a screen shot Beause, after I enter my password and, enter the security code, then while the app is decrypting the data locally, it crashes. This is really frustrating **I cannot login to the web desktop app for Dashlane, here again I can login on all my other devices as noted above.*They will not refund the balance of my *yr subscription.*https:**www.dashlane.com*app**signin**The website request I provide the email associated with my account, I am typing in the email associated with my account
