~Fed up : I ordered dishes for an address in London, not my usual address, selected next day delivery. Travelled to London to meet delivery for which no time slot was given other than *am - *pm. Waited until *.**. Rang and was told that actually *pm can be as late as *pm. Sat about in flat for extra *.* hours, with no further update or communication from Debenhams. Rang at *.** to be told for first time that there was a problem with the courier service and that all they could do was refund ***£*.**. Left flat just before *pm- no delivery. Rang this morning to rearrange delivery to billling address, most incovenient, as will have to transport dinnerware on train to London myself piece by piece over several weeks. Debenhams refused to use billing address as alternative delivery address, and suggested cancelling my order. Left me on hold for ** minutes, while Debenhams recording announced repeatedly the merits of their delivery service(!). He returned on the line and then asked me to hold
