~bhasky_designer: Most horrible online shopping experience ever. I made an order online last week. Debenhams delivered a wrong order to my address. I called the customer services and they said they will pick up the wrong order and my order is on way and I should get it next day without any problem. It has been * days now and what I received today is an email saying that my order has been refunded. Called customer services to find out where is my order. After spending ** mins on the phone the outcome is that they can't do anything as I have been paid a refund so I should make a fresh order onlne. What a waste of time....That is really very very bad experience. Will think several times before ordering anything online with Debenhams... A bunch of jokers sitting in customer services who hardly even acknowledging their mistake..
