~soccermom: I ordered * doorbells and * hooks from this company on January **. They immediately put payment through on Paypal. A month and a half later I received the * hooks and * doorbell. I have called the company at least * times since I placed the original order. I never received any order confirmation or receipt from the company despite numerous requests. My only record of the order is the Paypal receipt. After about a month and a half I received * hooks and * doorbell. Now I am trying to get the final doorbell. They report it has been shipped to me. After ** minutes mostly on hold they offered to order another doorbell. I requested a refund and was told they could not give me one because it had been so long since the order had been placed. Did I have control over that in any way? First time I have been scammed on an internet order. Don't be fooled by the nice website. Every time I called I talked to the same person although she denied it.
