~sofie: July *,**** about **:**am, I went to Del Taco **** San Diego, Ca *****. It was my first time in my life, Del Taco... usually I go to Subway! I thought I should try somthing defferent. The first person I spoke to was James, he asked me what I would like to order. I told him I never been Del Taco, I just need to know, if he can give me some recommendation, Del Taco. best healthy food, menu.. instead of telling me what he think is the best, he hand to me menue and told me to look it myself and find it@!!! I was like wowwwwww...!!!! I just did not expect the rude response. I started looking the menu, it is long so many option.. all I want was just to tell me what he think is the most healthy.. I mean.. if you go any resturant, if you ask what is good the best food in the menu, they will recommend somthing, at that point it is up to me to decided what I want.. I did not get that kind of response.. anyways, while I was looking at the long menue.. Jazmine the other employee came to rescue me

~sofie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~sofie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Del Taco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sofie: For that I would say three out of five.
