~Eduard: Amazingly I encountered a very corteous customer service*sales representative. He was very polite and spoke English well. My first XPS** system had a dead pixel and I called them up. The representative immediately set up a return and a replacement. The representative's responsiveness was great even though the replacement system also had a dead pixel. NOw I am considering cancelling the order and switching to Lenovo. Even though I am considering cancelling the order, I'd like to give kudos to the service representative who was handling my order.

~Eduard: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
