~Hobbled: My problem fell out of all of the usual departments at Dell. Included with the email confirming my order for a computer was an ad for a free software product. But the link for the product download didn't work. No one could help me. Tech support would send me to sales. Sales would bounce me back to tech support. This would have gone on indefinitely had I not eventually given up. The problem was never addressed. Two months later, I ordered a toner cartridge. The same, non-functioning ad was included with my confirmation email. Unbelievable.
