GetHuman-51730: I can only say that a company this size can go from excellent service to honestly horrible service is beyond me. All I wonted is a replacement battery for my laptop. I like you to try it just for the fun of it. At the end they promised me a quote that I did not receive to this date. I got a battery from another source within * business days. I would not buy another Dell product until they improve their service ***%.
