~valko: I wanted to say that DTE energy have the worst customer service I have ever seen , and I think you know that sir* madam .*I have been trying to transfer my service over a week without success, I wonder why?*I have never been late on my bills.*Why every time I call I hear the same issue ,,,due to the large number of call *€*and you can call back other time*€**This is outrageous, unprofessional, and time wasting,,,,why don*€*t you hire more staff and support this dwindling economy ,,,*I don*€*t want to transfer it on line because I don*€*t trust you , *how can I trust your service if you can even answer my call.*Michigan lacks competitors and that*€*s why we are suffering the consequences with your service*i know you are not going to even bother and read this email.*I just wanted to express my disappointment and lack of trust on this company and that*€*s sham.
