~parent of a college student: This site always have connection problems etc...to include poor customer service for it takes up to **hrs to get a response back. There is no direct number to speak with customer srv, you can only leave a message or send an email. Extremely upsetting when you submit an order and their site errors out and you don't know if your order went through or not and you do not want to chance placing another order for duplication might happen...RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM JEWEL SCENT INSTEAD!!
