~Anonymous: I have been a customer with Directv for over a decade. Their customer service is appalling. I have contacted the Office of the President, like I have seen many state online. Supposedly, your email is sent to Ellen Filipiak the Senior Vice President of Customer Care. The thing is, I was told by an account manager that she does not talk to customers. What you will get is a phone call ** hours later by an account manager. They can be horrible as well. I have a petition about the horrible practices of this company. ~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
