GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DirecTV customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-80732: When we as consumers are we going to take control of things. Tell All broadcasters to lower the cost and give us better programing. I forgot the kids can't do without TV, they might get off their dead asses and have to go outside and play, and god forbid the parents might have to spend some QUALITY time with them. STOP being feed S---, and told it's chocolate pudding. ALL you are paying for is COMMERCIALS.

GetHuman-80732: For that I would say two out of five.
